Adult Quilled Companions
Adult hedgehogs make excellent pets! In fact there are a few advantages to getting a mature hedgehog. First of all adult hedgehogs are not only less expensive, but they have also finished quilling. Many quilling baby hedgehogs can be quite grumpy, possibly masking their true temperament. The adults' temperaments and habits are well known. In addition they are usually less stressed when moving to a new home. Adults can be a great choice for those who are new to hedgehogs and want to gain a little experience before taking home a hoglet.

Colorful Quills Adults
Hansel
Hansel is a senior hedgehog that unexpectedly is looking for a retirement home. His family had a major change that resulted in him returning to us. He is welcome to spend his life with us, but would love to find someone who would spoil him as a treasured pet. He takes a little bit of time to warm up to someone new, but settles in quickly. At this time he is a healthy uncomplicated boy.

Licorice
Licorice is a big beautiful hedgehog with gorgeous white ticked quills. She is a healthy girl that likes her treats. She is a little shy when first handled, but once she warms up to a new person, she is easy to handle. She would be happy to be the only spoiled hedgehog, but she will share her space with another female hedgehog.

BIGsby
As his name implies, BIGsby is a big boy for a "pygmy" hedgehog. LOL. He should have been an interior decorator, because he is always rearranging his habitat to his liking. He is quite entertaining as he explores his environment and redecorates. He is an independent soul that takes a bit of time to warm up to a new person, but he is healthy with few demands. He would love a retirement home that was patient and gentle with him while he adjusts.
