Adult hedgehogs make excellent pets! In fact there are a few advantages to getting a mature hedgehog. First of all adult hedgehogs are not only less expensive, but they have also finished quilling. Many quilling baby hedgehogs can be quite grumpy, possibly masking their true temperament. The adults' temperaments and habits are well known. In addition they are usually less stressed when moving to a new home. Adults can be a great choice for those who are new to hedgehogs and want to gain a little experience before taking home a hoglet.

Daisy is a large adventurous girl. This super sweet hedgie has thick rich cinnamon colored quills with a beautiful 3/4 mask. She is quite round and might need someone to help her keep trim with plenty of opportunities to exercise. She is a not a finicky girl, but she loves to flip over her food dish whenever possible. She is very easy to handle and would make a great first time hedgehog!

Saffron is beautiful hedgehog with a sweet dispostion. She is a rich oak brown color with a full beautiful mask. This large girl is not finicky and might need someone to help her with a diet and exercise plan. She is very friendly and easy to handle and would love to be treated like a spoiled diva.
