Adult Quilled Companions
Adult hedgehogs make excellent pets! In fact there are a few advantages to getting a mature hedgehog. First of all adult hedgehogs are not only less expensive, but they have finished quilling. Many quilling baby hedgehogs can be quite grumpy, possibly masking their true temperament. The adults' temperaments and habits are well known. In addition they are usually less stressed when moving to a new home. Adults can be a great choice for those who are new to hedgehogs and want to gain a little experience before taking home a hoglet.

YingYang is friendly hedgie with a super balanced personality. She is adventurous, but not hyper, mellow without being lazy, and very easy to handle. She is an inquisitive girl that comes out of her igloo to visit. She is also an easy keeper who keeps herself at a nice healthy weight with her nightly runs on her wheel. She is not a finicky girl, but she is a bit spoiled. She loves her treats, and enjoys being held and carried around.
Status: Adopted. Congratulations Elizabeth!
Gigi is a large mellow girl who has a tendency to get a bit plump if her weight isn't monitored. She takes a bit of coaxing when she is first woken up, but quickly relaxes. She is the typical "not before my first cup of coffee" kind of girl. Once she is up and about she is usually a laid-back calm girl. She is an undemanding uncomplicated companion.
Status: Deposit Received. Congratulations Taryn!
